Worum geht es im Projekt?

Das WEMIN Projekt wendet sich direkt an Frauen mit Flucht- oder Migrationshintergrund, so genannte „Migrant and Refugee Women“ (MRW), aus allen Altersgruppen und Herkunftsländern.

Mit sozialen und kulturellen Lernangeboten soll die Integration der Frauen unterstützt werden. WEMIN spricht dabei auch Aspekte der beruflichen Bildung und des lebenslangen Lernens geflüchteter Frauen sowie von Frauen mit Migrationshintergrund an.

WEMIN bindet Frauen direkt in das Projekt als aktiv Handelnde ein. Über eine online-Plattform sollen Erfahrungen, Geschichten und Erlebnisse direkt ausgetauscht werden.

The WEMIN project aims to promote the social inclusion of Μigrant and Refugee women (WRM) of all ages and social background through comprehensive interventions addressing social, cultural, educational and professional aspects. The project addresses women directly and fully involves them in the project through a participatory peer learning approach.

This will be achieved through direct interventions in women populations, experience- sharing and the creation of an online community. The online community will serve WRM as well as tutors, teachers, institutions fostering integration as well as tutors and trainers working in migration and integration.
